Jennifer Dutcher, Fort Dodge native, has lived and worked in various cities across the country. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in Visual Art, Art History and Art Education from the University of Iowa. Jennifer also earned her Masters Degree from the University of Iowa in Art Education. She has been instructing in the visual arts since 2002. Jennifer has worked in art education from elementary to the collegiate level instructing at the University of Iowa- College of Education, Simpson College- Upward Bound Visual Arts, and now at Iowa Central. Jennifer also has extensive experience working in museums such as the Art Institute of Chicago and the University of Iowa Museum of Natural History. Jennifer’s creative work is very diverse. While her emphasis is metalworking, she works in the following mediums as well: printmaking, ceramics, painting, drawing, illustration, graphic design, and fibers. Jennifer has work in various private collections across the United States and Canada. Jennifer serves on various boards in the community and is the Visual Arts Coordinator at Iowa Central. When she is not busy teaching, she is spending time with her husband and two children.
Rochelle Green is a professional photographer and educator with a deep passion for photography, fine art, and art history. She holds a BA in Art with an emphasis in Photography and Art History from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master’s in Education from Nova Southeastern University. With over a decade of experience running her own business, Green Door Photography, Rochelle has captured a diverse range of images, including conceptual work, architectural photography, corporate PR, musician and artist portraits, senior photos, weddings, and family portraits.
As a proud alumnai of Iowa Central Community College, Rochelle is thrilled to return as an instructor, sharing her expertise and love for photography where her own journey began. In addition to teaching, she is actively involved in the local arts community through the Fort Dodge Fine Arts Association, The Public Art Commission, and Stage Door Productions, supporting the growth and development of local artists.
Jake Zweibohmer is the Instructor and Program Coordinator of the Graphics Technology program at Iowa Central. He has been with Iowa Central for nine years– guiding students to becoming entry-level Graphic Design professionals. Jake received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Iowa State University, and his Master of Arts degree in Graphic and Web Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD). His professional graphic design career spans time at DotdashMeredith, Heartland Communications, and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. Jake also owns and operates “2TREES DESIGN” where he works on design projects with clients locally and nationally. Work includes logo design, branding, advertising, apparel, posters, catalogs, magazines, websites, and illustration.
Michael Baird is an art professor at Iowa Central Community College, where he teaches Art History, Art Appreciation, Painting, Ceramics, and Drawing. Now in his third year at Iowa Central, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his classes, helping students explore a variety of artistic disciplines and develop their creative skills.
Outside the classroom, Michael leads the Iowa Central Table Gaming Club, fostering a community for students interested in tabletop games and collaborative storytelling. He is also the author of Locating American Monsters: Cryptids, Legends, Myths, and More in the USA Volumes 1 & 2, where he delves into the fascinating world of American folklore and legendary creatures.
